gir1.2-clutter-gst-1.0 software package provides Gobject introspection data for Clutter GStreamer elements, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-clutter-gst-1.0
gir1.2-clutter-gst-1.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gir1.2-clutter-gst-1.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gir1.2-clutter-gst-1.0 *
